Is there a driver for monitor dell 2407wfpd and 2020 mac mini?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Your "2020" Mac mini is capable of supporting Single-Link DVI-D via two methods:

USB-C/Thunderbolt 3-to-Single-Link DVI, or
HDMI-to-Single-Link DVI

Looks like you are using the second method. Regardless of which method you use, it can only support a display resolution of up to 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz ... which is exactly what your Dell monitor can support.

I have an update: It works intermittently. I am using a DVI-d cable from the monitor with an HDMI adapter. When it boots up, it gives me a request to change the display input to 1900 x 1200. If I unplug the adapter to the machine and plug it back in, it works properly. And it does this for my Flatron E2041 monitor as well. Still working on it.
