If I want to delete only data not have to reinstall Mac OS ?

hi there,

im wanting to remove all my data of my existing Mac, however I have a patcher tool of macOS Mojave therefore don't want do lose/re-install my macOS again. Is there a way I can erase all of my data etc but leave the current macOS alone.
