Missing playlists in iTunes

When I booted up my PC this morning and opened iTunes, all the stored playlists (consisting of radio stations that I listen to on the Internet) were missing. iTunes is completely empty, as if just downloaded and installed. Can I restore my previous stored information?

Thank you.

Hello trazomsuedama,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you're missing the internet radio stations that were stored in iTunes on your PC.

Accessing your favorite radio stations in iTunes is a feature I personally enjoy and I'll be happy to help.

I recommend making sure that your Apple ID account is signed into iTunes. To verify that, you'll need to open iTunes and navigate to the menu bar by selecting Account > Sign in: Set up and manage an iTunes Store account on PC

In addition, please make sure that the internet radio station is not hidden in iTunes. Here's how: Customize the iTunes window on PC

Please let me know if that helps.

Kind regards.
