disabled apple id

An alert comes up on my phone every time i try to do something through the Appstore or ITunes. It tells me that my apple ID has been disabled and wont allow me do download or update apps, download or buy music or buy extension plans to my icloud. How to i fix this ?

See If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856"There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”
