Does the 16-inch, 2019 MacBook Pro support daisy-chaining on DisplayPort?

I'm currently running two Dell U2415 monitors via a Belkin USB-C dock, but have had many issues with the monitors not waking, and sometimes not working at all without a restart of my MacBook. I am currently running one via a DisplayPort and the other via USB-C to HDMI, because that was the only way I could get them to work on my 2015 MacBook Pro. When I researched this back then, my understanding was the macOS didn't support DisplayPort Multi-Stream (MST, or Daisy-Chaining). Does anyone know if that has changed? I'd like to get the bugs out of these monitors or else replace them.

MacOS still does not support MST daisy-chaining via the now 10 year old DP1.2 MST spec that's required to be supported by the Thunderbolt spec Apple claims to implement. The only option for DisplayPort daisy-chaining on Macs is to use Windows running in Bootcamp.

Note that MacOS does support a subset of MST to allow higher-res outputs to some monitors; i.e., 4k monitors that use 2 2k streams.
