I've just recieved my brand new ipod touch and there's no facility to setup touch id. I have an ipad and i know how to do it, but on my brand new (ie OS13) ipod instead of 'Touch ID & Passcode' the only option I'm offered is 'Passcode'. Any thoughts anyone please, or does it need to go back? itunes on my mac doesn't see it either by the way.
The iPod touch does not have touch ID, therefore the option is missing in the menu and it only gives you the option to set a passcode but not the option to add a finger print.
