Stuck on the apple logo screen

My iPhone 11 is stuck on the apple logo screen and won't turn on. I have tried doing the hard reset but it did not do anything.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Since you already tried the hard reset, the next step will be to connect the phone via USB cable to a computer that has iTunes installed. Make sure iTunes is open and the phone is connected, then do the hard reset again. iTunes should then show you an option to restore or reset the phone. I would try to restore first.
