My calendar was working fine yesterday, today it opens momentarily then closes and tells me that it quit unexpectedly. I click the reopen button and the process repeats. My calendar works fine on my mobile. I restarted the computer and the computer works fine. I upgraded to macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 recently. No other changes that I can think of. Please help.

Perhaps deleting the com.apple.iCal.plist file may help. To find that file, paste "~/Library/Preferences" in the Finder>Go>Go To Folder...field. In that Preferences Folder you will find the com.apple.iCal.plist file. Drag that file to your Desktop, and restart your computer.
