IPhone backup after formatting

I lost all my pictures in iPhone x, there is a way to return the pictures after formatting the phone by mistake?

You may be able to recover some if you have a backup for your phone. See About backups for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204136

Also if you were syncing your Photos to iCloud, then some may remain there in the Recently Deleted section of Photos (or maybe, but not likely, in Photos). If you find any there, you can download them to a computer after signing into iCloud.com using Download iCloud photos and videos  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209454
