password

i am connected to my card, but when i want to receive or send money i can’t because it says my card is in lost mode and when i press enter password it won’t let me.

iPhone 6, iOS 12

When you open Wallet and tap on Apple Card then tap on the three dots in the top right corner - do you see where is says lock card? What does it say there? Have you called Goldman Sachs at 1-877-255-5923?
