Apple music not loading

I’ve just created apple music through my Mozambique Apple ID, and it has been performing poorly!

Seldom working fine and most of the time just keeps loading and never plays anything.

I’ve already tried restarting the app multiple times, restarting the phone, turning Apple ID and Apple Music on and off. Still, Nothing.

I must ask, why would you sell a product that has so many issues!?

please assist me on resolving this issue!

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you're having an issue connecting with Apple Music, and I'd like to do what I can to help out.


I see on your screenshot that Low Power Mode is enabled, which can reduce downloading, and should be used when the battery is low. Turn that off, and try the Music app again. Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone


Have you tried connecting with Wi-Fi instead of cellular data? If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device


Verify that cellular data is enabled for the Music app: Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad
