Apple Watch series 3

I just bought my watch about three days ago and it does this weird thing where it will randomly zoom in on a spot on the screen and it won’t stop. Like I can’t zoom out or move the screen. I hit the side button and it zooms out then zooms right back in. It only stops when I take it off my wrist

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:
