Can I somehow disable my FaceTime so I won't continue to get the hundreds of scammer calls on my FaceTime?

I have been signed out of FaceTime on my laptop, still I get multiple attempts by scammers to connect. I see the missed calls when I get on my laptop shown as missed calls, though these missed calls never show or are attempted through my phone so I know something is off here. I’d like to disable it altogether on both devices until issue is resolved but I do not see anywhere I can disable it on my laptop. I can sign out, hide it, or exit. But calls are still attempted.
