Mi iPhone only can make a WhatsApp call with my AirPods. Without the AirPods appears a message saying that I cannot make a call because I am already in another call.

After you make a backup of your WhatsApp data, delete the app. Restart your iPhone and then reinstall it. If the problem continues, then contact WhatsApp support for help with their app.

Once iPhone restarts, try your call again.
