Can’t access the app page
When I press the bottom button on my series 3 watch to access my apps, the screen goes black. I can see the home screen no problem.

While you can access a few apps with that button, those listed in your Dock, you use the Digital Crown. Press to get the Watch to wake the screen, then tap it again to get the apps. See this from the Apple Watch User Guide, Open apps on Apple Watch - Apple Support
