My xs max cannot be activated after i restore and updated in iTunes. Its shows UNABLE TO ACTIVATE AN UPDATE REQUIRED. i tries all the options like restoring again and updating to latest ios again but nothing helped out. Its been 2 months my warranty expired. I got no clues what and how to fix. Solutions, ideas and help please. It seems clearly some defect in mobile. Hoping positive response

And you tried connecting it to your computer and restoring it from your backup? You have to have at least iTunes version 12.9.4.
If you tried this and it did not work then you need to click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page.
I tried all above and did try apple support, it says contact carrier. When i go to carrier service- their response was mobile not bought here in sri lanka , suggested to visit an apple store ...
