i have a ipod classic 5.5 gen and i want to load shrek on it, so i bought shrek from the itunes store and tryed to sync, it told me it could not be copied because it could not be played on this ipod, the 5.5 gen should be able to play videos and music, any help?

Are you asking about an iPod touch (5th generation) or an iPod classic (5th generation)? iPod classic cannot play 99.9% of all movies available on the App Store because they are in a much higher quality than iPod classic supports.
