Please tell me how to copy and past a photo into a text.

I see from your post that you're trying to send photos via messages on your iPhone 6s by copy and pasting. I'd love to help out.
In some apps you can press and hold the photo and then press copy. After, you'll want to tap the message field your message and press paste.
