Why can't I sign into Apple Music on my MacBook?

When I go to sign into Apple Music on iTunes on my MacBook im only given the option to do the free trial and I clicked it to see if it would somehow recognize that I already had an account but it didn't so now I have a free trial going on

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.14

I see you are facing some difficulty with an Apple Music subscription.


Start by checking to see what subscriptions are active on your account.

From your reply it sounds like we may be talking about more than one computer. Is that the case? Because you mention "my computer" and then say you could not do it on your Mac, either.


If it's one computer, you are going to want to troubleshoot that device. If it's two computers, it would point the a probable account-based issue. The troubleshooting path is different for each possibility.
