Apple Technical and Advisor Problems

I recently have a iPhone and iCloud problem. Following the instructions of an Apple advisor, step by step via Share Screen, led me to a total loss of my data on iCloud. The advisor cannot recover the data and cannot resolve or explain the discrepancies of storage size shown on my iPhone. He said he was the senior and he represented Apple that nothing can be done. As I would like to draw this to the attention of the management of Customer Services and Apple Technical, he said he represented Apple already. He further said he represented the company for dealing with my complaint too even though the subject of the complaint was himself.

Then I visited Apple’s website and did some search, I could not find a place, a number or a email address for complaint. Is this really Apple Customer Services about? Is there anyone who can help?

There are site pages for various feedback reporting.

After looking a bit, here's one of them:


"Product Feedback"

Also "Contact Us" - Website Feedback - Apple

Appears to be various items and ways to report stuff.

Website Issues: This opens a form page to submit.


The sub-menu allows one to choose ~ even report

Page issues directly. Note these will not notify you

of progress; so there is no report receipt to show.

You could try again and hope for an advisor-level response from official Apple.

Not sure of how often things get escalated to higher level - or what it requires.

Thanks. Tried the 2 Feedbacks”.

But I have not got any feedback from the “Product Feedback”; whereas the ““Contact Us” - Website Feedback” just brought me round and round without any other way of contacting Apple for the issues of its Service Advisor and Product problems. I must say that the Apple’s customer service is very disappointing and their after-sale service is hopeless.
