Apple Technical and Advisor Problems
I recently have a iPhone and iCloud problem. Following the instructions of an Apple advisor, step by step via Share Screen, led me to a total loss of my data on iCloud. The advisor cannot recover the data and cannot resolve or explain the discrepancies of storage size shown on my iPhone. He said he was the senior and he represented Apple that nothing can be done. As I would like to draw this to the attention of the management of Customer Services and Apple Technical, he said he represented Apple already. He further said he represented the company for dealing with my complaint too even though the subject of the complaint was himself.
Then I visited Apple’s website and did some search, I could not find a place, a number or a email address for complaint. Is this really Apple Customer Services about? Is there anyone who can help?
