i have i phone 11, its back panel damage , now apple will change it in warranty or should i have to pay for it?
and apple will replace my full phone or only back panel?

You will get a replacement unit. It may be new, or it may be remanufactured by Apple. There is no way for you or anyone at Apple to tell the difference.
