Controlling iPhone from a remote computer

Hi everybody,

I'm struggling on recent days, to help an elderly friend to sort out some problems on his Iphone.

First I tried the "Team viewer" application and after a while I've managed to mirror the Iphone screen on my computer screen, but could not activate any Iphone function from my computer, just viewing it.

In addition, it stopped working after few minutes and I have been forced to re-establish the session to be able to carry on.

Second I tried the "AnyDesk" application and have experienced more or less the same problems...

I'll appreciate any one who can help with these regards, or suggest an another application or different solution.
