I consider to by the new Iphone SE 2. generation.
Is it possible to get a new battery for this new phone when time is comming? Or is it impossible?

Apple doesn't sell nor distribute any spare component to anyone, except to their Apple Stores or Authorized Service Providers. Battery replacement for SE 2020 price in US is $49 (taxes excluded, work included).
