I forgot the password for my private email address when I request the retrieval of the email. It asks me to use the iPhone of a family member or the iPhone of one of my friends to complete the retrieval. With that, I cannot reach the retrieval phone number. I cannot contact the support team. please help

Can you add your Apple ID email address to another device/computer so you can retrieve the email? Are you having a problem doing that?
