How to transfer huge video to PC from iPhone

I have a ~8GB video file sitting on my iPhone that I want to transfer to my macbook. Photos refuses to even try importing. I saved the file to Files and tried dragging to desktop with no success. What do I do?

Have you used Image Capture? --> Transfer images in Image Capture on Mac - Apple Support

An error occurred while importing. The item “IMG_1803.MOV” was not imported.
