Apple Watch malfunction
My watch keeps constantly going to that restart/sos screen on its own. Started after swimming with it on.

Try this;
Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.Wait a few seconds, then hold down just the side button for about 20 seconds until the “erase all settings” prompt shows up on the screen, then tap on it, then tap on the green check button.

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds or until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
Q: My watch is showing this screen from yesterday evening I tried to force start but no use. What can I do ?
I did. And I updated software. Problem still persists.
Unpair and re-pair and Setup as new.
