I can't set the time for my reminders on my iPhone 8 plus

Until recently, I had two reminders set up on my iPhone 8 plus for specific times and days. The alerts and banners worked just fine. Then the alerts stopped working along with the banners. I deleted the reminders and tried entering them again. Now, when I go to set the time for the alert, it disappears. I have tried setting them up on the iPhone, iPad and my Mac with the same result. What am I doing wrong?

Hello wunlum,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to set the time for reminders on your iPhone 8 Plus.

Reminders is a helpful feature to stay organized and I'd like to help.

Are you experiencing this issue with iCloud or through a third party email service provider? You can check by going to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > selecting each account that's listed to review which account has Reminders turned on. If Reminders is turned on, I suggest to temporarily turn off Reminders, then restart your iPhone and turn Reminders back on. From there, see if you can set the time for your reminders without any issue. If needed, here's how to properly restart an iPhone: Restart your iPhone

In addition, you'll want to ensure that your iPhone is updated to iOS 13.4.1. This helps provide software improvements that can help.

Please let us know if that helps.

Cheers.
