Today I added the Screen Recording button to the control centre on my iPad Air 2 but when I swipe down to record the button is greyed out and nothing happens when I tap it. How can I fix this? I have iOS 13.3.1 installed.

Thanks Chris - Screen recording was restricted in Game Center which I didn't think would matter, but obviously it did!
