I can paste a large number of Numbers rows into clipboard but when I want to print it forces them onto a single page. Is there a way to print to 100% scale which would require multiple pages ? I am using OSX 10.15.4.

In numbers when you select the menu item "File > Print" or type the key command <command> + p
you enter the print preview / setup mode
in this mode you can change the content scale as needed:

To print you do the following:
1) select the menu item "File > Print",
2) adjust the settings.
3) Then you click print (in the bottom right).
4) click the button "Done" (also bottom right)
The dialog you posted is from (3). You should adjust in (2) first.
Yes I can change the scale but no matter what it prints only one page. That is, if accept scale to fit the print it tiny but if I want 100 percent size I get only one page of what should be several pages. I have about 200 rows to print which would be 3 plus pages of normal print size.
I must not be explaining this properly. The number rows (lines to be printed) exceeds what can be printed at normal size print. If I tell the dialog box scale to fit it will do so but the print size ends up tiny tiny tiny. What I want to have the lines in the clipboard print on several successive pages at normal (100 percent) size just as if I printed the entire spreadsheet. To recap - I do NOT want a single page with all lines - I DO want several pages of normal size print. Hope this is clear
