Agenda or phone has been hacked

help, when i go to my agenda it says that i have an apointment, and when i click on the link it says that my phone has been hacked!!! I dont know if its real, what can i do, I can't block the website...

the website is in dutch.

It's a scam! Whatever you do, don't give them any information. Just delete and forget...
