Bought a used watch and tried setting it up and when it gets to the step to enter in my apple ID after I do that it says "This apple watch is linked to an Apple ID. Enter the apple ID and password that were used to setup this apple watch". Then it show an email address under it that is not mine

It is still activation locked to the former owner, you are going to need to contact the seller to have them remove it, otherwise the Watch is useless to you.

That is not the correct Apple ID. If you look at your first post, the correct ID starts with an "e" and is a yahoo address. Ask then about that, or it would seem they are not the original owner of the Watch. Without the correct email address, the device is useless to you. See if they will refund you. You will not be able to use it.
You need to contact the person that you bought this watch off and get them to follow these steps;
If they won't or can't then get your money back because the watch will be of no use to you,it's activation locked;
Contacted them they said they removed it now I get this message. Contacted the prism again they gave me there Apple ID and password. Any advice now??
