Hi recently purchased a new iphone and got my new phone in the mail a week ago. However, I still have not got the "return kit" so I can send in my old phone. I can't find where to send it, and I know you are supposed to do it with 12 days or whatever.

If the new iPhone is a replacement for your old iPhone (i.e. this is an iPhone received by contacting Apple for a repair), then there should be instructions in the packaging that the replacement iPhone came in. If you didn't receive instructions, you should get back in touch with Apple to resolve it. Get Support
