limit ad tracking

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to turn off, "Limit Ad Tracking" due to the fact that it is greyed out in your settings.

Having the ability to adjust and customize the settings on your device is important and I'd like to help.

You mentioned having, "Advertising" to allow in Screen Time. Just to be sure and see if this issue can be resolved, please go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Advertising > select, "Don't Allow." From there, please restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone and go back to Screen Time for content & privacy restrictions and have "Advertising" set to, "Allow."

Then go to Settings > Privacy > scroll down to, "Advertising" and see if you can turn off, "Limit Ad Tracking."

Sign Out of your Apple ID:

Go into Settings and sign out of your Apple ID - that'll turn it off.
