iPhone 11 Pro - IOS 13.4.1 - 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Bluetooth - Doesn't Play music through Uconnect anymore

Check with your Jeep dealer and see if there is a software update for your vehicle. It is the vehicle manufacturer's responsibility to make sure their devices work with the latest iOS and Bluetooth profiles. Have you tried removing the iPhone from the vehicle's list of device and the vehicle from the iPhone's Bluetooth? You can also reset the network settings on the iPhone. That will remove all Bluetooth pairings and wi-fi networks, and will reset that to factory for you to try setting up again. Otherwise, the vehicle dealer should also be able to assist you in connecting your vehicle to their device.

Then double-check with the dealer about problems connecting the iPhone and see what they have to say. Usually sales or service personnel have ideas or workarounds if needed. I know that Uconnect has always been a problem with iPhones.

No Apple employees in this forum, only users of Apple products. Uconnect is not an Apple product, you go to your Jeep dealer for issuses! It is not Apple’s job for their iOS products to be compatible with all bluetooth products.
