Medical ID Weight Unit won’t change

I’ve changed my weight units to stone in my health app but in my medical ID it’s still listed in kilograms and I can’t see anyway to change this. Any ideas how to do this? Am I missing something other than changing the units in the body measurement section? Any advice is welcome!

As in I have I have changed the units in the body measurement section but it’s not being reflected in my medical ID
