So I lost my apple watch about a year ago

I lost my apple watch about a year ago & have recently found it again. However, when I try to pair it with phone it won’t let me bc I no longer have the same Apple ID/email. How do I pair my watch then? it will not let me use my current email/ID I have now

You have to remove the watch from the older phone that it was paired with and for that you need the apple id that set it up originally.Without that the watch is of no use to you.
