I phone disabled need a password forgot it

Then you can unlock your account with your existing password or reset your password. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unlock your account, your Apple ID will remain locked and you can try again the next day.”

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone or your device is disabled.      

Does it say: "Connect to iTunes"?

If it does, connect your Lightning to USB adapter to a device with iTunes, backup your phone using iTunes, then restore the iPhone to its factory settings by pressing Restore.

If it doesn't, I don't know how to help.
