Access to Apple live chat support

Hello.

I am a user that wants to contact Apple via live chat, but when I go to Apple Support, there is no option to chat. Is there a way to contact Apple live chat right now?

Chat support is only available on weekdays during business hours and is only available for a select range of technical issues. You can try to contact Apple Support at https://getsupport.apple.com during business hours and the chat option may be available depending on your issue.

I understand your frustration but it is important to understand that Apple Support employees are also human and have lives, families and friends to attend to.

In most cases the Apple Support page will allow you to email an Apple Advisor and they will respond as soon as possible.

I don't think that's fun. What if people have problems on weekends and they don't have a SIM card to call Apple?

https://twitter.com/AppleSupport is staffed by the same team as phone & chat support

Choose "Messages" on the left side then the "+ envelope" icon at the top to DIRECT MESSAGE
