SIM or ICCID number

So I’m trying to activate my phone to straight talk. And the phone is compatible. But it’s saying the SIM number isn’t valid and I’ve entered it multiple times and made sure all the numbers were correct

i don’t have the actual SIM box with me since I live alone. It’s at my parents place.

but I just wanna know why it’s saying it isn’t valid
