Memoji not showing on Apple Watch

I've got a new Apple Watch series 5, it set up normally but my memoji for my Apple ID isn't showing up on it, does anyone know how to fix this please? I emailed Apple and to be fair they got back to me quickly but it didn't really help. So I thought I'd ask on here

Personal Memoji not working on Apple Watch Dear all, I am running iOS 14.0.1 on iPhone 8 and watchOS 7.0.2 and in my Face Gallery on my iPhone my own Emoji sticker that I have created is not showing up, nor on my Apple Watch itself. When I create a Memoji on my Watch the option ‘Add as watch face’ isn’t even showing. It highlights an ‘i’ which states ‘update your Apple ID, turn on two factor authentication and create a passcode for iPhone’. This is all set, so don’t understand why it is not working? Tried to unpair watch and connect again, signed out of iCloud on iPhone and signed in again... Have seen more topics around this, but haven’t found a working solution. Any tips are welcome :) Siete

bump. still can't figure out how to solve this. managed to get on Apple chat but still didn't solve my problem
