Similar questions

screen screen either not sensitive or oversensitive and sometimes not responding at all. Sometimes I get double or triple letters or wrong letters, and sometimes the screen cannot be moved at all. The screen works best when held vertically.

are these x series problems? Do I need to contact a service center? will they help me fix the problem for free?
