Can iphone and ipad camera be hacked remotely?

I got an email stated that my iphone be hacked and he has access to all of my contacts and face book friends, pictures, webcam and other information in my iphone and asked me to send bitcoin money threaten to share my personal information if I don't send money for him. I wanted to make sure if its a scam or not? I went to find my iphone app in my ipad there were two iphone access one was my iphone and the other one with unknown address.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Does it match the name of your iPhone, or one you used to have and are no longer in possession of or signed out of? As far as spam notification in your calendar, that is not a hack, it is exactly what you called it, spam. See this, How to unsubscribe from calendars on your iPhone - Apple Support

Thank you. I did ,but nothing has changed. Dose it work if I lock this device. I am worried about accessing this device to my iphone's information ,Documents ,mobile banking and visa and bank accounts. is it possible? What's your recommendations?

All such messages are scams. Do not, in any way, interact with the sender or the message. Simply delete the email.

Those would be devices that are logged into your Apple ID, unless you are sharing your location with other people. Are these entries under Devices, or under People.

it's under devices an iphone black picture with no location found illustration. I've also gotten some spam notification in my ipad Calender recently.

I have no idea its just a black no name iphone icon with no location found illustration. I tried to find it by clicking play sound option ,but its still on pending.
