IM HAVING THIS PROBLEM

When ever I type on my Mac Keyboard, it pronounce the keys letters when I type, Although the "Speak selected text when the key is pressed" check box in Accessbility is Unselected. I tried googling but the solution is to uncheck the box for that option which is already done but can stop this keyboard from moaning words out from speaker, Someone please help me out it's so annoying.

OK, Quit Sys Prefs & delete these files...

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.universalaccess.plist

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist

~ tilde indicates hidden Home Library.

Apple hid the Users' Library folders...

Method 1:

From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.
In the window that opens, enter ~/Library/Preferences, and click Go.

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?

Answer is NO. After making new user it's gone, It's something with my main user, what should I do?

Holy **** It worked! Thank you so much dude! Saved my day and got me peace from this annoying sound, really appreciate your time bro. Anyways just curious any reason why did this happen?
