Do you have access to the device again and you are trying to get back in? If so, have you entered your passcode on the device or gone to iCloud.com/Find My Phone using a computer browser, clicked All Devices, then selected the device that’s in Lost Mode. Then. clicked Lost Mode, click Stop Lost Mode, then click Stop Lost Mode again?
