When using contacts on my other phone (iPhone 5S) the ”my card” feature worked perfectly, but now I have a new phone (iPhone 11) and now ”my card” practically doesn't work, I've done everything I can and it still doesn't work. Please find a way to fix this.

Is it saved on your phone or in iCloud? If it isn't in iCloud, it will do this.
So basically, ”My card” keeps popping up even when I click ignore, and anytime I make my card, it no longer registers it as ”my card” so I can't have a card on contacts. I hope this clears everything up.

In what context might you be seeing "ignore"?

Does "make my card" mean Settings > Siri & Search > My Information? Something else?
