Apple Logo on black screen when restarting my phone

Try this:

Connect your phone to a computer that has iTunes open on it and try another force restart. Make sure to keep the power button pressed until your phone is recognized by iTunes or until you see the screen of your phone change to a cable and iTunes symbol. iTunes will give you the option to re-install iOS or to restore. Try re-installing iOS first.

2. Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
