server rejecting email

apparently due to malware I have been "blacklisted" and the server is denying email from this computer. How do I get off this supposed "blacklist"?

Email that when opened shuts down mail I have a specific email,l from what looks to be a trusted source, that closes down mail totally when it's highlighted to be either opened or deleted. Anyone know how to remedy this? Thx

blocked email I block all unwanted emails. But I get them again, sometimes with in minutes of being blocked. I click on the name and it even says..."do you want to unblock" so the system know that that email address should be blocked-- but it does not block it. it is hard to submit these questions.
