iPhone SE short texting

my new iphone SE wont receive 5 digit short texting. I get alerts for two part notifications & they won’t come across. Other text are fine. Is there a setting to fix this?

There is not a setting to fix this and that is because Texting (SMS and Short texting) is a feature provided and controlled by your carrier. Please call your carrier for a resolution. Thanks.

No, you need to contact your carrier and tell them you have a new phone as well. They are the only one that can fix SMS issues. As you were told before, the iPhone does not have any settings for SMS. The carrier needs to reset your SMS plan.

I was getting them until this morning when I switched phone. After that I do not. I called my phone provider & they couldn’t fix it. Glitch with my new phone maybe?
