When someone rings me or I ring them I cannot hear them properly unless I have the on speakerphone or I am wearing headphones. It only started yesterday, prior to that no issues. Haven’t dropped phone or anything! I have been through all the usual diagnostics and nothing has resolved it. I have an iPhone 6s Plus. Can anyone offer any tips pls ?

Please review this article by Apple ➔ If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone and go through the troubleshooting steps listed including the last step which is to contact Apple Support if nothing works on that list. Thanks.

Thank you Axel - did all of I am afraid and Apple Support couldn’t resolve it either.
Looks like your iPhone will need to have physical diagnostics performed at an Apple Store or an Authorized Service Center.
