I need to reset my password for icloud and i forget my currently password and iam told from apple that i need 12 days to be able to reset tha password but i need to reset it now to download an import app from app store.

If you are in the account recovery process, there is no way to speed it up. You will have to wait: Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password
If Apple is telling you it will be 12 days, you probably can't reset it. The only way to stop the process is to remember the password and sign in somewhere.
You can try entering the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
